Studio Line 75 – Webshop, Worldwide Shipping, Trade Fairs & Events

Article 1 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Studio Line 75, including purchases made via the webshop getglowpad.com, as well as purchases made at trade fairs, markets and events. By placing an order or purchasing a product, the customer agrees to these terms. These terms apply regardless of the customer’s country of residence or delivery address. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 2 – Offer and Agreement
All products are described as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding. A webshop agreement is concluded upon order confirmation by email. Purchases at trade fairs or events are concluded at the moment of payment.

Article 3 – Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. Import duties, customs fees or local taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Payment must be made in advance. Studio Line 75 may refuse orders in case of payment issues.

Article 4 – Delivery and Shipping
Orders are shipped to the provided address. Delivery times are indicative. Studio Line 75 is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Webshop – EU Consumers)
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days after receipt. This applies only to unused and unopened products. Used, skin-tested or unsealed products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection. Returns must be sent within 14 days after withdrawal.

Article 6 – Returns (Worldwide)
Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products unless agreed otherwise. Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer. Track & trace is recommended. Unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns are not accepted.

Article 7 – Refunds
After receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. Import duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Article 8 – Trade Fairs and Events
No right of withdrawal applies to purchases made at trade fairs, markets or events. Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect. Used or opened products are never accepted.

Article 9 – Use and Skin Test
Products are for external use only. Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Discontinue use immediately in case of irritation or allergic reaction.

Article 10 – Usage Instructions
Ensure skin is clean and dry, apply light pressure, use quick circular movements and adapt technique to skin sensitivity. Incorrect or excessive use may cause irritation.

Article 11 – Liability
Studio Line 75 is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, failure to follow instructions or individual skin reactions. This does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 12 – Complaints & Feedback
Complaints or feedback can be submitted via email and will be handled within 14 days.

Article 13 – Force Majeure
Studio Line 75 is not obliged to fulfil obligations if prevented by force majeure, including transport issues, illness, government measures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Article 14 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 15 – Amendments
Studio Line 75 reserves the right to amend these terms. The most recent version applies and is available via the website.
